When Mother Teresa spoke before the annual National Prayer Breakfast back in 1994, she delivered a message that Bill and Hillary wouldn’t soon forget.
A soft-spoken woman who devoted her life to those less fortunate, it isn’t surprising that Mother Teresa did not see eye to eye with Hillary Clinton, who is a rather grating speaker and has devoted her life to greater power and influence for herself.
One of the most divisive issues of the modern era divided these two women: the issue of life.
It was concerning the horrible abortion procedures that the former president Bill Clinton and his ultra feminist wife were touting in their personal quest for “women’s reproductive rights.” The Catholic nun and missionary painted abortion as a crime against children comparing it to “waging war” against innocence, the murder of a child by it’s mother, and calling it “the greatest destroyer of peace.”
Mother Teresa criticized liberals who claimed to be concerned about the welfare of children while supporting the abortion of innocent unborns, when she said:
Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching its people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want,” she continued, adding that it concerned her how so many liberals fretted over the injustices faced by children living in poverty, yet turned a blind eye to the injustice of abortion.
This is what is the greatest destroyer of peace today — abortion, which brings people to such blindness,” she remarked, arguing that the child “is God’s gift to the family.”
After Mother Teresa’s speech ended, it was noted the Clintons couldn’t even manage a smile in response, just stone faced silence. We aren’t too surprised since both Bill and Hillary have been long time advocates of abortion, right up to birth. The disaster we now call Obamacare, was first introduced by Hillary during her husband’s administration and most Americans were adamantly and justifiably against it. One of the major components of Hillary’s healthcare proposal was tax funded abortions. Now here we are in 2016 and guess what Obamacare demands that we tax payers should pay for? I’ll give you one guess!
